Main Tasks

  1. Good teamwork and communication skill;

  3. Knowledge and experienced in quality management system and tool, such as 8D report, APQP, PPAP FMEA SPC, MSA
  4. Good communication, coordination and organization capabilities, good problem analysis and solving ability
  5. Good spoken and written English;
  6. Based on the global quality management system, develop, maintain and document the quality management system inline with the requirements of ISO9001/IATF16949 and other automotive customer quality standard.
  7. Responsibility for process audit, product audit, 2nd or 3rd party audit based on ISO9001/IATF16949 requirement. Tracing and monitoring the improvement actions, verifying the effectiveness of improvement result.
  8. Continuous improve Quality system as customers and our development requirements including timely preparation, revision, distribution, recall and regular review of documents
  9. Work with management team to select and apply quality data statistics technology, collect & verify quality data of each department on time, complete and submit assessment and analysis report regularly;
  10. Responsible for incoming inspection of raw materials, timely feedback to suppliers for quality defects and ask them to improve, as well as performing on-site audit if necessary.
  11. Activity for new project launch with APQP procedure, support Project Management team to ensure each delivery for customer, including PPAP documentation, and get its approval.
  12. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
